Can I use permanent dye over semi permanent?

I b leached my hair and dyed it blue and purple with manic panic. I did it on a whim. I did it all. It’s been about two months, and I’ve been reapplying roughly every two weeks to keep it from going gray.

You should be fine. Hopefully your hair is in a faded out condition right now, because if you recently applied more Manic Panic to it, the permanent color may not completely cover over the blue and purple, and you might have a blue/purple hue under the brown color.
