I bought a new V3 Razor through Radioshack. It froze up on me completely, I couldnt even access my phone book. I took it into Radioshack and they swapped it out for me for free. Now the #2, up arrow and side button doesnt work, and radioshack tells me “too bad, buy a new one”. Sprint Customer service sucks… you cant understand Jack Squat of what they are saying. It’s either switch to Cricket or Alltel. I’d rather pay for good customer service and quality phone than this crap that I have now. Another thing, Sprint will rip you off BIG time! They called me to tell me that I can add another line for free…my first bill was over $200 on a $59.99 family plan. I called to cuss them out and again, had to talk with a guy that barely spoke English. I still have no idea what he was talking about. I swear, I’d rather have a pay by call phone than to deal with all of these hidden charges and poor customer service.

Radioshack does not cover a manufacturer’s warrenty, you may contact motorola for a new Razr, but usually if the keys are not working it is because the user has damaged the phone in some way and it would not be covered any way. You can also try taking the phone to a corporate repair center (you can locate one using the store finder tool on sprint.com).

Also if your bill was that high there was probably either a billing error or you went over your minutes, but calling and cussing them out will get you no where, actually LOOK at your bill and figure out why you were charged, and then call and if you can not get through to them, visit a store.
