To find out more about “bamboo rods”, I would just type those two words into GOOGLE and see what comes up. There may be collectors listed there who recognize enough of your information on the logo description to be able to accurately tell you where the rod came from and who made it. They may also be able to date it for you. My guess is that it probably was a popular choice in 20′s and 30′s. Good luck in your quest for more information.
