how do i spool a fly reel ?

i am just starting out and before i mess anything up i would like to know how to spool the fly reel with backing and fly line videos would help

You want to make sure the spool is full so the best way is wind the fly line on the spool, attach the backing with a nail knot and wind it on till the spool is full. Then you have to remove the line, attach the backing to the spool and wind it and the fly line back on. It’s a pain in the neck but it makes sure your spool is full. The easiest way is to have your local fly shop do it. If you buy the line and backing from the shops here they will install it for free. The book that came with your reel might have how much backing it will take with a specific line so read it first. Good luck fishing.
