What is that lure???

I just finished watching bob Izumi’s real fishing show.They were using a lure for pike.It was jointed at least 3 times.It was about 5-7 inch’s long.It had a small clear plastic lip.It went from just under the surface to about 6 feet.It was an amazing lure and i would like to know where to get one.I have also seen it in the 2008 fall edition of the bob izumi real fishing magazine on page 38.Its in the last 2 photos.Thank you!
