Mounting Rod Holders in truck bed.?

Not sure where to ask this question. I figure a bunch of you guys here in the fishing section have done something like this. I would like to mount some rod holders to my truck. I was just going to use PVC to do it. Whats the best way to go about doing this. I just want to keep my rods from sliding around the bed of my truck and potentially breaking.
